The whole project in one place, from planning request to adoption.

Each phase has its documents, its deadlines and its work. The agent knows where the project stands, so you never have to explain.

Say what needs doing, in your own words.

Write, for example, “review the application” or “read in the responses”, and add the files. You see what the agent is reading right now, page by page.

Page and quote for every claim.

Every sentence in an answer points to its source: a file and a page, a calculation or a map layer. If something is missing, the agent says so.

Decisions

A named person decides.

The agent proposes, but it never says a requirement is met. You accept, reject or follow up. Every step is saved with a name and a time.

Why we exist

Infrastructure should get built on time.

Europe needs new grids, roads, rail lines and energy plants. Much of the time is spent before construction begins. In Sweden, the permit process for new energy infrastructure takes around nine years on average.

Most of that work is reading, comparing and writing. Agents can do it, as long as they show where everything comes from and a person decides.

Municipalities

From planning request to adopted local plan. Requests arrive through a link and are checked against the requirements. Responses are read in, sorted into themes and answered with references.
