Hörsam

For consultants

Hand over the reading. Keep the judgement.

Check documents against the requirements before they are submitted. The agents read and compare. You judge and sign.

Where the time goes

Hours nobody bills.

Quality review, checks against requirement lists, and compiling responses. The work has to be done, but it is rarely where the client sees the value. Hörsam is built so that a small firm can take on more without hiring.

  1. 01

    Checks against the requirements

The agent reads the documents and compares them with the requirement list. Every finding has a file, page and quote, or a clear statement that nothing was found.

  2. 02

    Your way of working

Your own requirement lists, Word templates and ways of working are set up for the organisation and switched on per project.

  3. 03

    Answers to authority requests

When an authority asks for more information, the agent drafts an answer in which every demand has a source and anything missing is marked.

  4. 04

    The project remembers

What was checked, what was decided and by whom is still there when you come back.

The assistant panel, asking what it should do and listing the files it may use.
The assistant only gets the files you choose.
The approval step for a report, with a history of who did what.
The report is drawn up, reviewed and approved, in that order.

You decide. Always.

The agents propose and show why. What they write is marked as AI-assisted until a named person has taken a position on it.
