Hörsam

For municipalities

From planning request to adopted plan.

Hörsam brings the work on a local plan into one place. The agents take care of the reading and the first draft. The planner and the case officer make the decisions.

Where the time goes

Much of planning work is reading and writing.

Requests with parts missing. Responses to read, sort and answer. Statements that must stay consistent with everything said before. It is important work, and it takes time away from the judgements.

  1. 01

    Planning requests that arrive complete

The applicant fills in the request through a link, one question at a time. The request is checked against the Planning and Building Act, with page and quote for each requirement.

  2. 02

    Responses read in for you

E-mail, letters and forms are read in as proposals and sorted into themes. A case officer registers each response.

  3. 03

    Replies with references

The agent proposes replies with the page in the plan documents. You edit, accept or rewrite.

  4. 04

    Residents find their way

Every project gets a public page with a map, the documents and a timeline. Residents leave their comments there.

You decide. Always.

The agents propose and show why. What they write is marked as AI-assisted until a named person has taken a position on it.

How we handle data

What Hörsam does not do

  • Make decisions. A named person always does.
  • Say that a requirement is met.
  • Replace your records system or case management system.
